Life is meant to be fun and adventurous. We only have this one so we might as well make the most of it. Acting class can seem scary but if you take the plunge, it can be one of the most exciting and invigorating experiences. Losing yourself in a character, getting out of your head and into your body and just having fun! Well here we are and we are waiting for you to come join us in the madness. What are you waiting for?

What will you learn?

ACTING – You will learn the fundamentals of acting. The techniques and tricks you see your favorite actors doing on your favorite shows and films.

OVERCOME FEAR – Why have fear? it’s not fun. Being fearless is far more fun. Sapphire Coast Acting Studio Adult classes will help you step out of your comfort zone and overcome your fears such as public speaking, social anxiety, holding a conversation and more.

RELINQUISH CONTROL – As adults we have to be in control, but as actors we let go of control. We play and experience the magic of freedom. You will learn how to stop the chatter in your head, the self judgement and have fun expressing yourself.

COMMUNITY – Actors are a rare breed of fun people. You will meet and work with other like minded adults, who have a curiosity and penchant to drama. You might even find your tribe. The classes are all safe environments. There is NO JUDGEMENT and no getting it right. Just HAVE FUN!!

LIFE SKILL – The skills you will learn in acting classes are ALWAYS beneficial to any other career. From a doctor speaking to their patient, to engaging customer service, to leading a team in council, or having to think on your feet or outside the box, acting skills will always give you an advantage. Acting is a universal career, so matter what corner of the world you find yourself in, basic acting skills will be an advantage.

Each actors scene work will be filmed and given to each actor at the end of class for your own viewing (or posting if you are that way inclined!)
