Okay, it’s time to get SERIOUS!

Sapphire Coast Acting Studio’s advanced classes are for actors who are experienced and looking to further develop. All classes are coached by professional actors and entry is by selection/audition process. There are very limited opportunities for experienced actors to weekly practice and perform on the coast, to do what they love on a regular basis…until now!

We are the team that built Sydney Actors Collective one of Australia’s premier non beginner acting studios coaching professional actors from New Zealand, Melbourne, Sydney, Los Angeles, New York, Toronto, Vancouver, Singapore and more. The Sapphire Coast Acting Studio Advanced class will work primarily on film and TV acting. From drama to comedy to improv, the world of professional film and TV is explored. There is so much to learn and so much work opportunities. We will also work with stage scene work and monologues.

Each week actors will be given a scene to prepare with another actor. In class actors will workshop their scene with the coach and help implement technique and discover the scene further and themselves as actors.

Actors who show promise can be grandfathered to our Sydney classes and exposed to industry professionals.

Each actors scene work will be filmed and given to each actor at the end of class for your own viewing (or posting if you are that way inclined!). You will also be part of stage performances and filming scenes on location.
